I cannot use images for my own profit unless given permission to do so. If you bring in an image of a character or a picture you have drawn/taken yourself and give me permission me to use that, that is perfectly acceptable. However, I can't throw in Master Chiefs and Sonic the Hedgehogs unless I draw them myself because of copyright laws. But since web avatars are free, the rule does not apply there, UNLESS you get a web avatar through the Administrator pack.
Also, my work is not for resale. DO NOT take my work, turn it around and sell it for your own profit. It's just plain rude, really. Other than that, how you use your new image is your decision, as long as you don't make money from it.
AGAIN, your email must include the following:
-The item you wish to purchase
-The desired look of the product (in general)*
-Image dimensions (or range of dimensions)
-Due date (if needed by a certain time)
-A link of the website you will be using the item for (it will help me understand what theme the item must match)*
*For things like desktop wallpapers, forum signatures or avatars, the website you will be using it on will not matter. It will help to be a little more detailed about what you want, in this particular case.
